Small group learning in a safe environment with our Board Certified Music Therapists.
We are now offering a 10 week Rock Band Masterclass supporting grades K-5 as an enrichment to the hybrid school or homeschool model.
In the masterclass, students will enjoy 2.5 hours with a group of 5 peers (max per group) with a choice of times from 9am - 11:30am or 1pm - 3:30pm. You can finalize your day/time once your school designates what days your student(s) will be in session and home.
The planned activities will be as follows (using the 9am start time as an example).
9:00 - 9:15 - Arrival/Drum Circle
9:15 - 10:00 - Instrument/Songwriting block
10:00 - 10:15 - Thematic music discussion and snack time.
10:15 - 11:00 - Instrument/Songwriting Block
11:00 - 11:15 - Dance Party
11:15 - 11:30 - Musical Show and Tell - 1-2 kids per week - peer reflection and response.

The cost is $400 for the entire 10 weeks. Payment is due in full by check or card by the student's start date. Student absences will not be refunded.
Our services are reimbursable through the Step Up for Students Gardiner Scholarship. We are working on becoming a Direct Pay Provider.

***Please note: If the county shifts into a mandatory shut down situation due to infection rates, students will transition to fully remote learning. With this program, what that will look like is a weekly 30 minute private lesson on instrument of choice with one of our Board Certified Music Therapists via Zoom. In addition, a weekly online "meet up" with their peer group to continue with Musical Show and Tell, collaboration, and social-emotional growth.
